We’re so excited to welcome you to the Bizarre & Beautifull studio!

There’s nothing quite like experiencing our collection in person — trying on one-of-a-kind pieces, discovering hidden gems, and getting personalized guidance from our team. Whether you’re hunting for a special engagement ring, a milestone gift, or just want to immerse yourself in vintage beauty, we’re thrilled to host you.

Studio visits are by appointment only, so we can give you our full attention and ensure a peaceful, tailored experience.

Our studio operates on an appointment-only basis. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins or unscheduled visits. To shop with us in person, please book an appointment in advance through our contact page

Appointments are available based on our team’s studio availability. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly. If your availability does not align with our listed time slots, please email us at BBArtDeco@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Identification Requirement

To secure your booking, all clients must submit a valid photo ID at least two (2) business days before their scheduled appointment. This can be uploaded directly through our contact page or sent to BBArtDeco@gmail.com .Bookings without ID submission will be canceled.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled at our discretion.If you can no longer attend your appointment, we ask that you reschedule or cancel promptly. Failure to do so may result in a No-Show status, which may impact your ability to book future appointments.

Bizarre & Beautiful reserves the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion.

All in-studio purchases are subject to our standard Return Policy.

Ring Resizing

We’re happy to offer resizing on most rings in our collection! Resizing availability and cost will vary depending on the specific piece and the desired size adjustment.

If you're interested in having a ring resized, please reach out to our team prior to purchase. We’ll confirm whether resizing is possible, provide a custom quote, and give you an estimated timeline for completion.

Important Notes for Bizarre and Beautiful Vintage Rings:

Resizing must be approved by our team before the order is placed
Jeweler services may require extra time during holidays or high-volume seasons and cannot be expedited.
Resized items (by us or your own jeweler) are not eligible for return.

Resizing for Personal (Client-Submitted) Pieces

We understand that some customers may wish to have their own personal rings resized. We are honored to assist with these sentimental projects when possible — however, not all pieces can be safely resized.

Please note the following policies:

All personal pieces must be approved by our team prior to submission.
Resizing services on personal jewelry are non-refundable.
Bizarre and Beautiful is not liable for any structural or gemstone issues that arise from preexisting conditions in the piece.
Rings must be evaluated by our jeweler before any work is performed.
If we determine a piece is not suitable for resizing, it will be returned to you unaltered.

We offer custom reworking and redesigning services, transforming your precious family heirlooms, inherited pieces, or old jewelry into fresh, unique creations that reflect your taste and style. Whether you want to preserve a stone in a modern setting, repurpose gold for a new design, or create a one-of-a-kind piece, we’re here to make your vision a reality.

Custom Design Process

Initial Consultation: Contact us with details of the pieces you wish to rework. We’ll discuss your ideas, review your jewelry, and offer suggestions.
Design Proposal: After understanding your vision, our team will create a custom design plan that includes a quote and estimated timeline.
Creation & Reworking: Once the design is approved, our skilled jewelers will begin transforming your jewelry, keeping you updated throughout the process.
Final Reveal: We’ll ensure your new piece matches your expectations — combining the sentimental value of your estate jewelry with modern artistry.

Reworking & Custom Creation Policies

Consultation & Approval: All custom designs and reworking projects require an initial consultation. You’ll receive a design proposal for approval, including the cost and time frame.
Personal Estate Pieces: Jewelry submitted for reworking must be evaluated by our team before any work is done. Please note that not all pieces are suitable for reworking, depending on their age, condition, or the complexity of the design.
Non-refundable Service: Custom reworking and redesign services are non-refundable once work has begun. Please ensure that you’re satisfied with the design and cost before moving forward.
Stone & Metal Reuse: If you wish to reuse gemstones, gold, or other materials, we’ll evaluate their condition and suitability for the new design. Some stones may not be safe for repurposing.
Design Limitations: While we strive to honor your vision, there may be limitations based on the materials, design complexity, or structural integrity of the original jewelry.
Additional Fees: In some cases, reworking a piece may require additional materials or labor, which could increase the cost. We’ll provide an updated estimate if any changes arise during the process.
Timelines: Custom work can take 6-8 weeks or longer, depending on the complexity of the project. Timelines may be longer during high-demand periods or holidays.
No Returns on Custom Work: Custom pieces created from your estate jewelry or designed exclusively for you are not eligible for return or exchange.
