Policies

Return & Refund Policy

At Bizarre & Beautiful, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please reach out — we're happy to help.
 

  • Return Window: Items must be postmarked and returned within 7 days of delivery (based on USPS’s final "Delivered" tracking update) to qualify for a refund.

  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition. Our team will inspect each piece upon arrival.

  • Shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. All return packages must be insured for the full order value and include tracking. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Late Returns: Items returned outside the 7-day window will not be refunded — no exceptions.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will inspect the returned item and issue a refund if the defect is confirmed. Items damaged due to misuse or wear-and-tear are not eligible for refund.

  • Engraved, resized, or altered items (by us or by your own jeweler), as well as custom orders, are non-refundable.

  • Store Credit: If store credit is issued, it must be used within 90 days. Items bought with store credit can be returned for credit only, with the original expiration date applying.

 

Platform-Specific Policies

  • Returns are subject to the policies of the platform through which the item was purchased (e.g., Etsy, Shopify).

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We cannot issue refunds due to oversights in listing descriptions or photos. Please review all details before purchasing. Contact us with any questions — we’re happy to provide additional info or photos!

Discounts

  • All discount codes must be applied at checkout. No retroactive discounts or partial refunds will be granted. If you have trouble with a code, contact us before completing your purchase.

Restocking Fees & Abuse of Policy

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply in cases where exceptions to the policy are granted.

Bizarre and Beautiful reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for excessive returns or if the return policy is not being used in good faith.

International Orders

  • Taxes, import duties, or other fees incurred on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

International layaway orders via Partial.ly are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. If not completed, the layaway will be canceled without refund.

Jeweler Services

  • Any services performed on jewelry (e.g., resizing, restoration) are non-refundable once alterations have begun.

Buy-Back Policy

  • Bizarre & Beautifull does not offer buy-backs on previously sold items.

Shipping & Insurance Policy 

We strive to deliver your treasures with care and clarity. Please read below for important details regarding our shipping practices and insurance coverage.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • Please allow extra time during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped to the name and address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We can update your shipping address only before your order ships.

  • Once a package has been dispatched, Bizarre and Beautiful cannot amend the address. Please contact USPS to redirect your package if necessary.

  • If your order is returned to sender, please refer to our Return Policy.

International Shipping
  • We ship internationally to most countries! Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding international shipping. If you are an international customer and are unable to place your order, it is likely that we are unable to ship to your delivery address.

 

  • We ask all international customers to be as thorough and accurate as possible when entering in their shipping address to help expedite the shipping and delivery process.

Orders Requiring Jeweler Services

  • Orders that include resizing, engraving, or other jeweler work will ship only after services are complete. Turnaround time varies based on the work required and will be communicated at the time of your inquiry.

Layaway Orders

  • Items purchased via Partial.ly layaway will ship after payment is completed in full.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

We want your order to arrive safely, and we take steps to ensure your peace of mind.

  • Orders valued at $100 USD or more are insured via a third-party insurance provider, when possible.

  • Orders over $1,000 USD must include Signature Confirmation to qualify for insurance coverage through Bizarre and Beautiful.

    • Customers who choose to opt out of Signature Confirmation waive their right to insurance coverage through Bizarre and Beautiful.

    • USPS does not offer Signature Confirmation for APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses. Orders over $1,000 to these addresses cannot be insured.

  • Signature Confirmation is complimentary upon request. Please let us know at checkout or before placing your order.

Bizarre and Beautiful is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. While we will assist in the claims process, we do not guarantee claim approval, and cannot reimburse customers for denied claims.

Claims Process for Supplemental Insurance

To be eligible for coverage under our supplemental insurance, you must complete the necessary USPS claim process and provide proof:

Failure to complete these steps may result in denial of your insurance claim.

Insurance Limitations & Exclusions

Supplemental insurance coverage purchased by Bizarre and Beautiful does not apply to:

  • Orders sent to countries on the restricted list, including: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela.

  • Any country restricted under U.S. economic or trade sanctions (OFAC).

  • Shipments to Russia and the CIS region (including Armenia, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.) are only insured until arrival at the destination port or airport.

Additionally, coverage is not available for any loss or damage due to:

  • War, civil war, revolution, rebellion, or hostile acts.

  • Confiscation or detainment by authorities.

  • Derelict weapons or other war-related hazards.
